1 can (400g) creamed tomato puree
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. onion powder
2 tsp. mixed herbs
1 tbsp. sugar
2-3 tbsp. water
salt & pepper to taste
1. Heat up a sauce pan and pour the olive oil.
2. Add creamed tomato puree, garlic powder, onion powder, mixed herbs and sugar. Stir it well.
3. Add water according to your desired thickness. Let it simmer for 2 minutes then remove from the heat.
4. Let it cool down completely and you can now use the pizza sauce in any of your pizza recipes. Enjoy!
