Beef Tapa

Ingredients:

1 kg beef, sliced thinly in strips

1 cup cola

1/2 cup soy sauce

2 tbsp. worcestershire sauce

1 tbsp. liquid seasoning

1 tsp. ground pepper

2 tbsp. garlic, minced

oil for frying

Procedure:
  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl except for the oil. Make sure all ingredients are well incorporated.
  2. Transfer in air-tight plastic container and leave in the fridge overnight to marinate.
  1. Heat up the oil in the frying pan, and fry the beef. Do not over cook it.
  1. Best serve with garlic fried rice, egg and tomato, perfect for breakfast!
