Beef Teriyaki

Ingredients:

750g. thinly sliced beef

1/3 cup mirin (Japanese sweet rice wine)

1/3 cup Sake (Japanese wine)

1/3 cup soy sauce

2-3 tbsp. sugar

Oil for stir frying

Toasted sesame seeds (optional)

Procedure:

1.Combine all liquid ingredients together plus the sugar. Mix well till the sugar is dissolved.

2.Pour the mixture in beef and marinate for at least 1 hour up to 24 hours.

3.After marinating, remove the beef from the marinade and keep the mixture for later.

4.Stir fry the beef in a heated pan with oil. Continue frying till cooked and tender.

5.Remove excess oil, and then add the marinade mixture. Continue cooking till the sauce thickens.

6.Best serve as toppings for rice. Enjoy!
