Ingredients:
1 kg beef sliced into cubes 1 cup tomato sauce 1 1/2 - 2 cups water 1/2 cup onion, chopped 4-5 cloves garlic, mince 2 tbsp. soy sauce (adjust according to your taste) 1 tsp. pepper 1/4 cup minced liver or 1 can liver spread 1/2 cup green olives (or more) bell pepper sliced into strips Olive oil for sautéing Procedures: 1. Pour a few drops of olive oil in a pan, once hot sauté garlic & onions. Add beef and continue to sauté it till it turns brown and beef's own juice comes out 2. Add tomato sauce & water. Simmer for 30 min. 3. After simmering for 30 min., add liver/liver spread and season with soy sauce according to your taste. Continue to simmer till the beef is tender. 4. Once the beef is tender, add olives and bell pepper. Simmer for another 2 minutes. Turn off the heat and ready to serve. Enjoy it with rice.
