Ingredients:
2 fresh broccoli florets 2 tablespoon cornstarch 2 cups Milk 1 Onion, chopped 1 tsp. Paprika (optional) 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese 3/4 cup Bacon Bits 2-3 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese Salt and pepper to taste Procedures: 1. Place broccoli in saucepan and water and bring it to a boil.  Once boiling, reduce the heat and simmer for 3-5 minutes. Remove from the heat and drain the water. Transfer the broccoli in a baking dish.  Pre- heat oven to 350F/180C.   2. In a small saucepan, combine the cornstarch and milk.  Stir until the corns starch is dissolved.  Season with salt and pepper to taste. 3. Turn on the heat and bring it to boil and stir continuously for 1 minute or until it thickened. 4. Add the onion, paprika and grated cheddar cheese.  Stir it continuously until the cheese melted. 5. Pour the sauce in broccoli. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese. Bake for 25-30 minutes in a preheated over.  Sprinkle the cooked bacon bits.  Ready to serve.  joy!
