Ingredients:
500g Ground chicken 1 cup ham, sliced 1/4 cup bread crumbs Cheddar cheese, sliced into cubes Salt and pepper to taste Oil for frying Coating: 1 egg + 1 tbsp. milk 1/2 cup plain flour 1 cup bread crumbs Procedure: 1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together except for the cheese cubes. 2. Once mixed, scoop the mixture about the size of a golf ball. Flatten it in between your palms ang place the cheese cube in the middle then cover it with meat mixture,  then roll it in between your palms. Set aside and repeat the procedure. 3. For coating, mix egg and milk then beat it for the egg wash. Roll the meat ball in flour then deep it in the egg wash, and lastly roll it in bread crumbs then set aside. Repeat the procedure with the rest of the chicken balls. 4. Pre-heat oil in a pan. Fry the chicken balls on medium heat for about 2-3 minutes then turn it over to cook on the other side for anothe 2-3 minutes. 5. Remove from the heat and transfer in a plate with kitchen paper to absorb the excess oil. 6. Transfer in a platter amd serve with blue cheese sauce or sweet chilli sauce.  Enjoy!
