Ingredients:
500g Beef sirloin, thinly sliced 1/2 to 3/4 cup Soy sauce 1/4 cup water (optional) 1 Lemon or 5-6 calamansi 1 Big Onion, sliced into rings 1/2 cup Double cream or thick cream (Nestle Cream) Oil for frying Procedures: 1. Marinate beef in soy sauce and lemon for 30 minutes. 2. Pre-heat pan with oil.  Fry the onion rings then set aside. 3. Using the same pan, fry the beef until brown or cooked. 4. Transfer back the other fried beef in a pan.  Add the marinade and double cream or thick cream and if you want more sauce, add water and season with ground pepper.  Mix it well and bring to boil.  Remove from the heat and ready to serve.
