Ingredients:
Filling: 1/2 of whole chicken, boiled & shredded 1/2 cup raisins 1 1/2 cup mixed vegetables 1 cup diced potato 1 chicken cube 1 medium size onion sliced 1 tbsp. mince garlic 3/4 cup chicken broth soy sauce 2 tbsp oil salt & pepper to taste optional ingredients: boiled eggs cheese slices/grated Procedure: 1. On a heated pan, pour the oil & when it's hot enough, saute the garlic & onion. 2. Add in the potato and mix well for a few minutes then add in the mixed vegetables and raisins and the chicken broth, soy sauce, salt & pepper to taste. Then continue cooking till the potato is cooked. 3. Add the cooked chicken, mix well till it dries up. 4. Let it cool down and set aside.
