Ingredients:
250g Mushroom, chopped 2 tbsp. Butter 4-5 cloves Garlic, minced 1 Egg 2 tbsp. All purpose flour 1 onion, caramelised 1 - 1 1/2 tbsp. Oyster sauce Procedures: Preheat pan and melt the butter. Sauté garlic on a low heat, make sure not to burn the garlic. Add chopped mushroom and continue cooking for about 2 minutes, season with oyster sauce, adjust according to your taste. Remove from the pan and transfer in a bowl. Let it cool down. Once the mushroom has cooled down, add egg, caramelised onion and flour. Season with salt to taste. Mix it well. Pre-heat a pan with oil. Scoop the mushroom mixture and fry it till golden brown on each side. To prepare the burger bun, spread either butter or mayonnaise on your bread. Place a sliced tomato and place the mushroom burger on top. You can add cheese slices as optional ingredients. Ready to serve.
