Ingredients:
500g chicken thighs/portion 1 cup sliced frankfurters/hotdogs 1 cup pineapple slices with syrup 300ml single cream 1 onion, chopped 4 cloves garlic, minced 1 chicken cube Ginisa mix (optional) 1/2 cup water (optional) Salt and pepper to taste Cooking oil for sautéing Procedures: 1. Sauté garlic and onion till the onion is soft. Add the chicken and continue to fry till the juice comes out from chicken. 2. Add single cream, pineapple with syrup, ginisa mix, chicken cube and water (optional). Simmer for 15 minutes on a low heat. 3. Add frankfurters/hotdogs and season with salt & pepper according to your taste. Continue to simmer for another 15 minutes till the chicken is tender and the sauce thickens. 4. Best served with rice.
