Cheese Cake

Ingredients:
Procedure:

1)1 unsalted butter (soften)

2)grated cheese (mild cheddar)

3)Separate egg yolk and egg white.

Egg yolk:

1)Mix together all dry ingredients self raising flour, baking powder, 1 cup sugar set aside the other 1 cup sugar. Mix together batter ingredients fanta and oil.

2)Beat egg yolk then add alternately the dry ingredients and batter ingredients gradually, mix well then set aside.

Egg white:

Beat egg white till foamy then add cream of tartar and 1 cup of sugar gradually mix well until foamy. Fold in egg yolk and egg white mixture mix well then put in baking pan. Pre-heat oven 170’C or gas mark 4-5, bake it for 30-45 min. or for an hour till it cooks. Let it cool apply icing then put grated cheese on top of icing. Enjoy your freshly baked cheese cake!!
