Tinapa Pasta Flakes

Ingredients:

1/4 cup Tinapa flakes

2 cups pasta noodles

1 1/2 tbsp. Olive oil

1 tsp. Capers

Sliced Green or Black Olives

salt & pepper to taste

1 tsp. dried parsley

chilli seed or cayenne pepper (optional)

Cream cheese for toppings

Procedure:

1. Place the pan on a medium heat and pour olive oil.

2. Fry the tinapa flakes until slightly crispy.

3. Add pasta and mix it well. Then add all the ingredients – capers, olives, dried basil, dried parsley & chilli seed or cayenne pepper (optional). Mix it well.

4. Season with salt & pepper according to your taste.

5. Serve in a platter and add cream cheese on top. Enjoy!
