Ingredients:
1 pack (16oz) grated cassava 3/4 cup coconut milk 1/4 cup water 1 cup sugar 1 tsp. pandan essence (optional) 1/2 tsp food green colouring (optional) 1 cup grated coconut for toppings Procedure: 1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl except for the grated coconut. 2. Stir until well blended and no lumps remain. 3. Pour into a puto moulds. Steam for 45 minutes. The steamed pichi- pichi should be firm, golden in color and clear. 4. Let it cool down. Roll each piece in grated coconut. Serve and enjoy!
