Ingredients:
500g Salmon 100g Bacon bits 100g Butter 1 cup milk 1-2 tbsp. flour 1/4 cup Onion, finely chop 1 tsp. Paprika 1/2 tsp. Nutmeg 1 tbsp. Chopped Capers Salt to taste Parsley, fresh or dried 100g butter for frying Lemon (Optional) Parmesan cheese for garnishing Procedures: Season salmon with salt and fry it using butter. Set aside. For the sauce, render the bacon bits in a pan. Let the bacon cook on its oil. Add onion and sauté it. Add butter to melt then add flour to make a rue. Mix it well. Add milk and mix continously until thr sauce becomes thick. Add chopped capers, paprika, nutmeg and season with salt. Add fresh or dried parsley. Sauce is now ready. Transfer the fried salmon in a plate. Pour the sauce on top and garnish with grated parmesan cheese. You can squeeze lemon on top (optional). Enjoy!
