Ingredients:
1 bangus, fried and chopped 2 Yellow of Salted eggs 1 tbsp. Water 2-3 cloves Garlic, minced 2 tbsp. Butter 1 tbsp. Calamansi or lemon juice 1/2 Onion, finely chopped 1 tbsp.Soy sauce Ground pepper to taste Chilli flakes as desired Procedures: In a small pan, melt the butter and sautê garlic and yellow of salted eggs. Add water and cream the egg mixture. Season with ground pepper. Remove from the heat and set aside. In a bowl, combine the fried bangus, onion, lemon, soy sauce, and ground pepper. Mix it well. Transfer the bangus sisig on a sizzling plate and pour the creamed salted egg on top. Ready to serve. Enjoy!
