Ingredients:
1 Big bangus, sliced
1 Onions, chopped
4-5 Garlic, minced
2 tsp. Minced ginger
1/4 cup Fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 to 1 cup Water
Salt and pepper to taste
Oil for frying and sauteing
Procedures:
1. Pre-heat a pan with oil. Fry the bangus and set aside.
2. Pre-heat another pan with oil. Saute garlic and onion till soft. Add ginger and mix it well.
3. Add fried bangus, salted beans (tause), parsley and water.
4. Season with salt and pepper. Adjust according to your taste. Simmer for 3-5 minutes on a low heat. Then ready to serve. Enjoy!
