Sinigang na Hipon

Ingredients:

500g shrimp/prawns, cleaned & trimmed

5-6 cups water

1 Sinigang mix with Sili

1 tomato, sliced

1 onion, chopped

1 aubergine/eggplant, sliced

1 radish, sliced

Sitaw

green pepper

salt to taste

Baby spinach or kangkong

1/4 cup tomato sauce (optional)

Procedures:

1. Pour the water into the sauce pan the add tomato, onion and tomato sauce then bring to boil.

2. Add sinigang mix and season with salt according to your taste. Then add radish, egg plant and green pepper. Let it simmer for a minute.

3. Add shrimp/prawn and let it simmer again for 3 minutes. Do not overcook the shrimp. Then add kangkong/spinach and let it simmer again for a minute. Now ready to serve, enjoy!
