Ingredients:
500g Crabs, cut into 2
1/2 cup Water
1/4 cup Oyster sauce
1/4 cup Honey
5-6 Cloves Garlic, minced
1 Onion, sliced
About 2 inches Ginger, cut into strips
Oil for sauteing
Spring onion for garneshing
Chilli pepper (optional)
Procedures:
1. Pre-heat pan with oil. Saute garlic and onion till soft and tender. Then add ginger and chilli pepper (optional).
2. Add the crab then oyster sauce (adjust according to your taste), honey and water. Cover with the pan with a lid. Let it simmer for 3-5 minutes.
3. Add the spring onion for garneshing. Turn off the heat then transfer it in a platter. Enjoy!
