Ingredients:
250g cooked peeled prawns, minced 1/4 tsp. Salt 1 tsp. Soy Sauce 1 tbsp. Cornflour (Cornstarch) 1 Egg white, beaten 3 thin slices White Bread, crust removed 4 tbsp. Sesame seeds Vegetable oil for deep frying Procedures: In a bowl with the minced prawns, add salt, soy sauce, cornflour and egg white and mix it well. Spread the prawn mixture on slice of bread. Spread the sesame seeds on top of the mixture, press it well. Cut each slice into four equal triangles or strips. Pre-heat oil in a fan for deep frying. Carefully place the triangles in oil, coated side down and cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.  Remove from the heat and transfer in a plate with paper towels to absorb the excess heat. Ready to serve.
