Ingredients:
1kg Pork belly/spareribs 3 tbsp soy sauce (adjust according to your taste) 3 cloves garlic 11/2tsp corn starch/corn flour dissolve in 1 tbsp. water 1 1/2 tsp. mince ginger 2 1/2 tbsp rice wine 1 can pineapple chunks 3/4 cup water olive oil for frying salt & pepper to taste 1 stalk leeks sliced 1 tsp. sesame seed toasted (optional) Procedures: 1. Season the pork with salt & pepper. Stir fry in a pan with olive oil until it's brown then remove excess oil. 2. Add water, soy sauce, rice wine, garlic, ginger and pineapple chunks including syrup. Cover and simmer for 30 min. on a medium heat or until the pork is tender. 3. Add the corn starch/corn flour mixture. Simmer till the sauce thickens. Stir in leeks. 4. Serve with toasted sesame as toppings. Enjoy!
