2 Saba, sliced into 3 1/2 Llanera Leche Flan 6 Lumpia Wrapper Brown sugar for coating Oil for frying Procedure: Place the lumpia wrapper on a plate. Dip 1 slice of saging na saba in brown sugar and place it in the middle of the wrapper. Place 1 slice of leche flan. Then wrap the tiron as usual. Seal the edges with water. Pre-heat pan with oil. Fry the turones until golden brown. Transfer in a plate and serve with vanilla ice cream. Enjoy!
