Quick and Easy Gravy
2-3 tbsp. butter or margarine
5 tbsp. plain flour
2 cups chicken broth
salt & pepper to taste
1. In a sauce pan, melt the butter or shortening in a low heat. Add the flour and stir continuously to make a rue till the flour has no more lumps.
2. Slowly add the chicken broth and stir continuously till smooth and lump free. season with salt and pepper according to your taste. Stir well and remove from the heat.
3. Now ready to serve, best for roast chicken or roast beef. Enjoy!
