1) Pre-heat a pan with oil. Sauté garlic, onion and ginger till soft & tender.
2) Add the pusit and sauté well. Cover the pan and simmer for 3 minutes.
3) Add pepper, bay leaves, soy sauce, and mix it well. Add the vinegar, do not stir it till it boils. Then add the coconut milk. You may add water if you want. Cover the pan and let it simmer for 10 min. Adjust the taste and season with salt and pepper when needed.
4) Continue to cook till you get your desired tenderness. Best serve with rice. Enjoy!
