In a cooking pot with water, transfer onion, tomatoes, whole pepper corn and shrimp cube. Bring to boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add the sinigang mix, coconut milk and salt according to your desired taste. Add the sili, labanos and talong. Continue to simmer for 1-2 min.
Add the hipon and sitaw. Simmer again for another 3 a 5 minutes. Do not over cook the hipon.
Best serve with fish sauce and hot chilli as a condiments. Enjoy!
