Mascaporne Cheese Icing


2 x 284g whipping cream

1 tub mascarpone cheese

6-7 tbsp. icing sugar (depending how sweet you want)


1. Combine whipping cream and icing sugar. Whip the whipping cream using hand mixer on high speed till it reach soft peaks stage.

2. Add mascarpone cheese and continue to whip till it reach peak stage. Make sure you do not over-whip otherwise you will ruin your icing as it will turn into lumps.

3. Refrigerate for at least an hour before piping it.
