Quesadillas

Ingredients:

500g minced Beef

1 Onion, sliced

2 tsp. Paprika

1 tsp. All spice powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Tortilla wraps

1 1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese

1 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese

Sour cream

Salsa sauce

Procedure:

1) Pre-heat pan with oil. SautÄ— onion till soft and translucent. Then add minced beef. Add seasonings- paprika, all spice and salt and pepper to taste. Continue cooking till minced beef is cooked and golden brown. Transfer in a plate to cool down.

2) Pre-heat a non-stick pan on a low heat. Place one totilla wrap then spread out the cooked minced beef, sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese and grated mozzarella cheese. Place another tortilla wrap on top to make a sandwich. Cook on one side for 2 minutes .

3) Once the bottom tortilla wrap is crunchy, flip it over for the other side to cook.

4) Transfer in a plate and cut the quesadillas into four. Serve with salsa sauce and sour cream on the side. Enjoy!
