Salted Caramel Sauce
- Combine sugar and water in a sauce pan and place it over a low-medium heat to lightly caramelize. Turn the sauce in circular motion once in a while so the sugar will not burn.
- Combine double cream, salt and vanilla, mix it well and set aside.
- Remove from the heat once the sugar is lightly caramelized, then add the butter and double cream mixture. Mix it well until the caramel is smooth. Transfer in a jar and ready to use as cake or donut toppings. Enjoy!
