Salted Egg Potato Chips

2 pcs. Large Potatoes (Sliced into chips)
3 tbsp. Butter
1 tsp. Dried Parsley
3 Salted Egg Yolk
Salt and Pepper to taste
  1. Fry potatoes until crispy.
  2. Melt butter in a pan then add parsley leaves.
  3. Add in egg yolk then whisk until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Toss in fried potatoes. Transfer in a serving plate, ready to serve. Enjoy!
