Salted Egg Potato Chips
Ingredients:
2 pcs. Large Potatoes (Sliced into chips)
3 tbsp. Butter
1 tsp. Dried Parsley
3 Salted Egg Yolk
Salt and Pepper to taste
Procedure:
Fry potatoes until crispy.
Melt butter in a pan then add parsley leaves.
Add in egg yolk then whisk until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
Toss in fried potatoes. Transfer in a serving plate, ready to serve. Enjoy!
