Salted Egg Potato Chips
2 pcs. Large Potatoes (Sliced into chips)
3 tbsp. Butter
1 tsp. Dried Parsley
3 Salted Egg Yolk
Salt and Pepper to taste
- Fry potatoes until crispy.
- Melt butter in a pan then add parsley leaves.
- Add in egg yolk then whisk until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
- Toss in fried potatoes. Transfer in a serving plate, ready to serve. Enjoy!
