Turones de Leche


2 Saba, sliced into 3

1/2 Llanera Leche Flan

6 Lumpia Wrapper

Brown sugar for coating

Oil for frying


1) Place the lumpia wrapper on a plate. Dip 1 slice of saging na saba in brown sugar and place it in the middle of the wrapper.

2) Place 1 slice of leche flan. Then wrap the tiron as usual. Seal the edges with water.

3)Pre-heat pan with oil. Fry the turones until golden brown.

4)Transfer in a plate and serve with vanilla ice cream. Enjoy!
