500g Beef Tenderloin (Cut into bite size strips or cubes)
1 whole Garlic (Roughly Chopped)
2 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
2 tsp. Paprika powder
2 tbsp. Oyster Sauce
1/3 cup Soy Sauce
2 tbsp. Butter
1/4 cup Olive Oil
1 pc. Bell Pepper, cut into strips
1 tsp. Red Chili Flakes
Pepper to taste
- In a bowl combine olive oil, worcestershire sauce, oyster sauce, paprika and soy sauce. Add thinly sliced beef and mix it well. Leave to marinate for a minimum of 1 hour.
- Pre-heat oil in a pan. Sauté chopped garlic till light brown. Add the marinated beef and continue to sauté till the beef is tender. Add chilli flakes and pepper to taste.
- Add butter and bell pepper. Simmer till the bell pepper is cooked. Ready to serve.
