Beef Salpicao

Ingredients:
500g Beef Tenderloin (Cut into bite size strips or cubes)
1 whole Garlic (Roughly Chopped)
2 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
2 tsp. Paprika powder
2 tbsp. Oyster Sauce
1/3 cup Soy Sauce
2 tbsp. Butter
1/4 cup Olive Oil
1 pc. Bell Pepper, cut into strips
1 tsp. Red Chili Flakes
Pepper to taste
Procedure:
  1. In a bowl combine olive oil, worcestershire sauce, oyster sauce, paprika and soy sauce. Add thinly sliced beef and mix it well. Leave to marinate for a minimum of 1 hour.
  2. Pre-heat oil in a pan. Sauté chopped garlic till light brown. Add the marinated beef and continue to sauté till the beef is tender. Add chilli flakes and pepper to taste.
  3. Add butter and bell pepper. Simmer till the bell pepper is cooked. Ready to serve.
