1 kg. Chicken Wings

For the batter:

3/4 cup All-Purpose Flour

2 tsp. Garlic Powder

1 tsp. Chilli Powder

1 tsp. Paprika

1 tsp. Salt

1 tsp. Pepper

3/4 cup Milk

Buffalo Sauce:

1/4 cup Hot Sauce

1 1/2 tbsp.Butter

2 tsp. Paprika

Salt and Pepper to taste

2 tbsp. Ketchup


1) In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients for the batter. Mix it well until smooth and lump-free. Add the chicken wings and mix it well. Ensure all the chicken wings are well coated. Leave it to marinated for at least 30 minutes.

2) After 30 minutes, pre-heat oil in a pan. Deep fry the chicken wings for 10-12 minutes on a low-medium heat. Set aside after frying.

For the sauce:

In a pan, combine all the sauce ingredients and simmer till the sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper according to your taste. You can add a little bit of ketchup (optional). Add the fried chicken wings and mix it well until all chicken wings are well coated. Ready to serve. Best serve with sour cream and chive sauce.
