Pre-heat a wok with oil. Fry the chickenadobo for a few minutes then add garlic.
Add soy sauce and worcestershire sauce and adjust according to your taste. Add ground pepper. Simmer for a few minutes.
Add the loosen up rice then mix thoroughly for 15-20 minutes. Add more soy sauce or salt if needed, adjust according to your taste.
After 20 minutes remove from the heat and transfer into a platter ready for serving.
