Chicken Adobo Fried Rice

8-10 cups rice, loosen up
2 cups Chicken Adobo (left over), shredded
6 cloves garlic, minced
3-4 tbsp. Soy Sauce
2 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
Salt (if needed)
  1. Pre-heat a wok with oil. Fry the chicken adobo for a few minutes then add garlic.
  2. Add soy sauce and worcestershire sauce and adjust according to your taste. Add ground pepper. Simmer for a few minutes.
  3. Add the loosen up rice then mix thoroughly for 15-20 minutes. Add more soy sauce or salt if needed, adjust according to your taste.
  4. After 20 minutes remove from the heat and transfer into a platter ready for serving.
