Chicken Adobo Fried Rice
Ingredients:
8-10 cups rice, loosen up
2 cups Chicken Adobo (left over), shredded
6 cloves garlic, minced
3-4 tbsp. Soy Sauce
2 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
Pepper
Oil
Salt (if needed)
Procedure:
- Pre-heat a wok with oil. Fry the chicken adobo for a few minutes then add garlic.
- Add soy sauce and worcestershire sauce and adjust according to your taste. Add ground pepper. Simmer for a few minutes.
- Add the loosen up rice then mix thoroughly for 15-20 minutes. Add more soy sauce or salt if needed, adjust according to your taste.
- After 20 minutes remove from the heat and transfer into a platter ready for serving.
