500g Chicken breast fillet, cut into strips
1/2 tsp. Chilli powder
1/2 tsp. All spice powder
2 tsp. Paprika
4-5 cloves Garlic, minced
1 Onion, chopped
6 Tortilla wraps
1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 Bell peppers (red and green), sliced into strips
Salt and pepper to taste
Oil for frying
1) Pre-heat oil in a pan. Sauté garlic and onion till soft. Then add chicken strips till cooked.
2) Then add the paprika, chili powder and season with salt and pepper. Add bell peppers. Continue cooking till the bell pepper is soft but not over cooked.
3) To assemble, place the tortilla wrap on a plate. Then scoop the cooked filling in the middle of the tortilla wrap. Spread out grated cheese and add about 1 tbsp. of sour cream. Roll the tortilla wrap like a log or lumpia. Ready to serve. Enjoy!
