500g Chicken breast fillet

1 1/2 tsp Salt

1/2 tsp Black pepper

1/2 cup flour

1 Egg, beaten

1/2 cup bread crumbs

Oil for deep-frying

2 tbsp Oil

1-2 cups Canned tomatoes

1 pc. Chicken Cube

4 cloves garlic, chopped

1 Onion, chopped

1/2 – 3/4 cup grated Cheese Chopped

fresh parsley for toppings


1) Slice chicken thinly. Season chicken fillets with salt and black pepper.

2)Coat the chicken with flour, then dip in egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.

3) Pre-heat oil in a small pan for deep frying. Fry the prepared chicken until crisp and brown.

4) In a separate pan, sauté onion and garlic in oil until onion is soft and transluscent. Add canned tomatoes and Chicken Cube. Let simmer for 8-10 minutes.

5) Place fried chicken in a baking pan, top with prepared tomato sauce and cheese. Bake or toast until cheese melts. Best serve with topped with minced parsley.
