1.Combine all ingredients in a bowl including the 2 tbsp. oil. Make sure all ingredients are well mixed.
2.Transfer in air-tight plastic container and leave in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight to marinate.
3.After marinating, heat up the oil in the frying pan. Fry the chicken in a medium heat.Do not over cook it.
4.Best serve with garlic fried rice and egg with spicy garlic vinegar for dipping, perfect for breakfast!Enjoy!
