Chicken Tapa


1 kg boneless chicken, sliced thinly in strips

1 cup lemonade (Sprite/7Up)

1/2 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup vinegar

2 tbsp. worcestershire sauce

2 tbsp. brown sugar

1 tsp. ground pepper

2 tbsp. garlic, minced

2 tbsp. Oil

Oil for frying


1.  Combine all ingredients in a bowl including the 2 tbsp. oil. Make sure all ingredients are well mixed. 

2.  Transfer in air-tight plastic container and leave in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight to marinate.

3.  After marinating, heat up the oil in the frying pan. Fry the chicken in a medium heat.  Do not over cook it.

4.  Best serve with garlic fried rice and egg with spicy garlic vinegar for dipping, perfect for breakfast!  Enjoy!
