Creamy Chicken with Sun-dried Tomatoes. It is quick and easy to cook, and it is packed with flavour from sun-dried tomatoes. Best serve with rice or garlic bread.



1 kg. boneless Chicken thigh, diced
2 cups Broccoli
1 cup Button Mushroom, sliced
1 pc. Bell Pepper, cut intro strips
100g Green Beans
1 tbsp. grated Ginger
3 – 4 cloves Garlic, minced
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
1 tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
1 1/2 tbsp. Oil
1 pc. Onion, sliced
Pepper to taste
1 tbsp. Sesame Oil
Chilli Flakes (optional)


  1. Season the diced boneless chicken with salt and pepper.
  2. Pre-heat pan with avocado oil. Render chicken till golden brown. Set aside.
  3. Using the same pan, sauté onion till soft. Add ginger and garlic and continue to sauté till the aroma of garlic comes out.
  4. Add broccoli, green beans, mushrooms and bell pepper. Stir-fry till the vegetables till half-cooked. Make sure not to overcook the vegetables.
  5. Transfer back the chicken and season with soy sauce, chilly flakes (optional)and pepper to taste. Mix it well. Add the apple cider vinegar and continue to cook for another 5 minutes.
  6. Turn off the heat and lastly, add the sesame oil. Mix it well and ready to serve. Enjoy!
