Creamy Chicken with Tomato Sauce

1kg Chicken Thighs
5 – 6 cloves Garlic
2 tsp Patis
1 pc. Carrots, cubed
1 pc. Potato, cubed
Oil for frying
1 cup Tomato Sauce
1 pc . Onion, sliced
1 pc. Siling Haba
Salt and Pepper to taste
1/2 cup All Purpose Cream
  1. Combine chicken, minced garlic and patis. Let stand for 10 minutes to marinate.
  2. Pre-heat oil in a pan and deep fry the chicken until slightly browned. Set aside.
  3. Combine tomato sauce, onions, carrots, potato and sili in a pan. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the chicken and simmer until tender or around 20 minutes. Add the cream and simmer for 2 minutes. Remove from the heat and transfer in a serving plate, ready to serve. Enjoy!
