Pepper to taste

Chilli Flakes (optional)

Oil for frying

1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour

1/2 cup Cornstarch

1) Marinate the chicken with soy sauce, minced garlic, chilli pepper and pepper. Leave it to marinate for a minimum 30 minutes. Best to leave it overnight.

2) After marinating the chicken, drain the chicken. Add egg whites and mix it well. Set aside.

3) For the coating: combine all purpose flour, garlic powder, cornstarch and salt. Mix it well.

4) Pre-heat oil in a pan. Drench the chicken in prepared coating then fry it till golden brown. Remove from the pan and set aside for at least 15 minutes.

5) To make it extra crispy, fry the chicken for the second time. Pre-heat the oil again and fry the chicken wings for 2 to 3 minute. Transfer in a platter and ready to serve with your favourite sauce. Enjoy!
