Dynamite Chilli Lumpia

Ingredients:

250g Minced pork or chicken

10pcs Siling haba, sliced in the middle seeds removed

4-5 Cloves garlic, minced

1 Onion, finely chopped

2 tbsp. Raisins, finely chopped

10 pcs Lumpia Wrapper

1/2 cup grated carrots

Salt and pepper to taste

Oil for Sauteing and frying

Grated cheese (Optional)

Procedure:

1)Pre-heat pan with oil. Saute garlic and onion until soft and translucent.

2)Add minced meat and cook until golden brown.Add raisins and grated carrots. Season with salt and pepper. Adjust according to your taste. Continue to cook for another 5 minutes. Remove from the pan then set aside to cool down.

3)To assemble, fill the siling haba with the cooked meat. Sprinkle grated cheese on top (optional). Wrap the sili in lumpia wrapper exposing the tip of the sili. Set aside.

4) Pre-heat pan with oil for frying. Fry the prepares sili until golden brown. Transfer in a plate with paper towel to absorb the excess oil.

5) Best serve with sweet chilli sauce, or any sauce of your choice. Enjoy!
