Ground Chicken with Tomato Sauce
1/2 kg ground Chicken
1 small pack Tomato Sauce
1 1/2 cups Mixed Vegetables (Carrots, Green Beans, Green Peas, Sweet Corn)
1 small Bell Pepper
1 pc. Onion
5 – 6 cloves Garlic
1 can Liver Spread
4 – 6 boiled Eggs
1/2 cup Water
Oil for sautéing
Salt and Pepper to taste
- Pre-heat pan with oil. Sauté onion till soft and translucent. Add garlic an continue to sauté till golden brown.
- Add ground chicken and continue to sauté till it dries up. Add tomato sauce, liver spread and mixed vegetables. Simmer for 15 minutes under low heat.
- After 15 minutes, add bell pepper and boiled eggs. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Continue to simmer for another 5 minutes then remove from the heat. Reay to serve.
