Ground Chicken with Tomato Sauce

1/2 kg ground Chicken
1 small pack Tomato Sauce
1 1/2 cups Mixed Vegetables (Carrots, Green Beans, Green Peas, Sweet Corn)
1 small Bell Pepper
1 pc. Onion
5 – 6 cloves Garlic
1 can Liver Spread
4 – 6 boiled Eggs
1/2 cup Water
Oil for sautéing
Salt and Pepper to taste
  1. Pre-heat pan with oil. Sauté onion till soft and translucent. Add garlic an continue to sauté till golden brown.
  2. Add ground chicken and continue to sauté till it dries up. Add tomato sauce, liver spread and mixed vegetables. Simmer for 15 minutes under low heat.
  3. After 15 minutes, add bell pepper and boiled eggs. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Continue to simmer for another 5 minutes then remove from the heat. Reay to serve.
