1 whole Chicken, slice into pieces
1 Lemon juice
2 tsp. Dried Thyme
2 tsp. Paprika
6-7 cloves Garlic, minced
2 tbsp. Olive oil
2 tsp. All spice
1 tsp. Chilli powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1) In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together as a marinade.
2) Then marinate the chicken for a minimum of 1 hour but best to leave it over night.
3) Grill in a pan or in the oven till the chicken is cooked. Transfer in a platter and ready to serve. Enjoy!
