Description
Aling Oday’s quick and easy Peanut Butter Chicken Grill. It’s pan grilled chicken with the creamy taste of peanut butter. Best serve with rice and atchara.
Ingredients
1/2 kg. Boneless Chicken Thighs
1/3 cup Peanut Butter
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
1/4 cup Vinegar
1/4 cup Lemon or Calamansi Juice
1 tbsp. Sugar
1 tsp. Onion Powder
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 tsp. grated Ginger
Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the chicken thighs. Slice slightly to absorb the marinade.
- Combine all ingredients for marinade and mix it well. Add chicken thigh and leave it minimum of 2 hours to marinate. Best to leave it overnight.
- Pre-heat pan grill brushed with oil. Grill the chicken 7 – 10 minutes on each sides.
- Best serve with rice and atchara. Enjoy!
