12 duck eggs 1 cup salt 1 tbsp. corn pepper 2 tbsp. rice wine vinegar 4 cups water
Procedure:
1. Combine water, salt, pepper and vinegar. Mix it well till the salt is dissolved completely.
2. Carefully transfer the un-cook eggs into the jar. Pour the salt mixture and seal the jar tightly. Leave it for 30 days to soak.
3. After 30 days, transfer the eggs into the pan and boil it in the salt mixture for 25 minutes.
4. Transfer the boiled eggs and let it cool down completely before serving. Best serve with sliced tomato.
