Banana Fritters with Choco dip

8 pcs. Ripe Saba
1 Large Egg
1/2 cup Milk
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1 cup Flour
1 tbsp. Baking Powder
Pinch Salt
1/2 cup White Sugar
Cinnamon Sugar:
1/2 cup White Sugar
1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder
Flour for coating
Choco Dip:
4 tbsp. Cocoa Powder
3 cups Milk
3 tbsp. Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Evaporated Milk
1 tbsp. Cornstarch dissolved in 2 tbsp. Water
1 tsp. Vanilla
  1. Combine milk, vanilla extract, flour, baking powder, salt and sugar in a bowl. Mix well into a smooth batter.
  2. Slice saba into a fan then dredge with flour then dip into batter.
  3. Deep fry until golden brown.
  4. Prepare cinnamon sugar then dust this into fried fritters. Serve with Choco dip latte
For the Choco dip Sauce:
  1. In sauce pan, heat milk then add in sugar and mix until dissolved. Add cocoa powder and mix until smooth. Add in evaporated milk and salt.
  2. Combine egg yolk and vanilla in a bowl. Temper eggs with a little of the chocolate mixture then add this into the pot. Simmer until thick enough to cover the back of the spoon.
