Cookies & Cream Ice Cream


2 cups Double/Thick cream

1 1/2 cup fresh milk

3 cups Evaporated Milk

1 – 1/2 cups sugar

2 Eggs

10pcs or more Oreo Cookies, crashed


1.Transfer all the ingredients except for the Oreo cookies in a sauce pan.Mix it well

2.Simmer on a medium heat until it thickens.

3.Transfer in a bowl and add and let it cool down completely.

4.Using a hand mixer, beat the mixture until it thickens. (10-15 minutes)

5.Transfer in a pan or moulder and place in a freezer for 2 hours. Remove from the freezer and add the Oreos, mix thoroughly. Then put it back in the freezer for a minimum if 4 hours or best to leave it overnight.

6.Once it firmed up, remove from freezer and ready to serve. Enjoy!
