Sapin-sapin

Ingredients:

1 1/2 c glutinous flour

1/2 c rice flour

1/2 c condensed milk

1 can coconut milk

3/4 c sugar

Optional:

Drops of ube flavouring (violet)

Drops of pandan extract (white)

Drops of langka extract (yellow)

Procedure:

1.Mix all ingredients together then divide into 3, add different colours

2. Place one layer in a greased pan then steam it one layer at a time for 10 min. each layer or until your stick comes out clean when you insert it.

3. For the toppings dessicated coconut + sugar toast it in a pan without oil or top it with latik. Enjoy!
