Ube Ice Cream


2 cups Double/Thick cream

1 1/2 cup fresh milk

3 cups Evaporated Milk

1 1/2 – 2 cups sugar

2 Eggs

2-tbsp. Ube flavouring


1 cup Macapuno strips

Caramel flakes


1.Transfer all the ingredients except for the ube flavouring in a sauce pan. Mix it well

2.Simmer on a medium heat until it thickens.

3.Transfer in a bowl and add ube flavouring and let it cool down completely.

4.Using a hand mixer, beat the mixture until it thickens.

5.Transfer in a pan or moulder and place in a freezer for 4 hours or overnight.

6.Remove from freezer and ready to serve. Enjoy!
