Pandesal Garlic Bread


5 – 6 large Pandesal

125g Butter, softened

1 tbsp. Garlic, minced

1 tbsp. Parsley, finely chopped

Salt to taste


1) Pre-heat oven to 175C/350F. Prepare tray with foil.

2) Cream the butter in a bowl using a hand mixer.

3) Add the minced garlic, finely chopped parsley and season with salt to taste. Mix it well.

4) Spread in pandesal cut in half. Bake/toast for 10 minutes or until the top is toasted. Best serve with any pasta of your choice. Enjoy!
